Hi there, I purchased a surface book a few days ago however I have not had an email to claim the 1 year free adobe creative cloud plan as advertised on the Microsoft UK store website. The device has been registered using my account and is showing on the 'my devices' part of Microsoft's website as per the offer criteria. I have tried phoning Microsoft but nobody seems to know the offer exists...

Hi yes eventually got it sorted... I complained on their Facebook page and someone messaged me with a contact details in Microsoft who was helpful. Apparently my particular problem was that I had already owned a surface device which was registered on the Microsoft 'my devices' page, which prevents the automatic distribution of the voucher code for the adobe software.
I'd suggest posting on their facebook/twitter accounts, I initially tried phoning/online tech support but never got anywhere.
