Is your phone is part of the company's domain like Microsoft Intune?
If that is the case, may be it is a policy for your company and you need to check it with your IT Department.

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I keep uninstalling MS Edge from my phone, and it just reinstalls itself a day or 2 later. It's actually kind of creepy. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it?

Are you facing this problem with other applications?
Was it pre-installed on your phone?
Do you have any other browser?
Try uninstall it and restart your phone and see if your issue persist?
I think this is part of my work apps install. They cordon off part of the phone resources for work apps, one of which is Edge. But not sure how to uninstall it permanently. I usually use Chrome. No other apps do this reinstalling without asking.
Yes, in fact, I recently uninstalled some other apps related to MS Intune. Maybe it's a matter of uninstalling that first. In any case, the next time it reinstalls, I'll contact our IT technical assistance center. Thanks!
True, administrators could enforce a policy to install certain applications remotely and most likely for some of tasks you will need the Microsoft Edge but you will need to check with the IT administrator.
