Hi ab,
I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.
Have you tried clearing Edge data in Settings, and start over?
Does the issue persist with Edge Beta?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
The Edge app on Android crashes when I log into my personal account. My work account, logs in and syncs without any problems. I generated a new email account for personal use and this works on edge. I've would really like to go back to my main email rather than use this alternative. Suggests that there is something corrupt with my original personal email account when logging in with edge. Please help any suggestions thanks.

Hi Sumit,
I have tried literally everything. Installed on new Samsung running Android 12 same issue. Cleared caches, reset settings, installed dev and beta versions. I am running most current Android Edge version now on Samsung Galaxy 21+ with Android 12. Same issue with Edge Beta and Dev. This has been a longstanding issue. Tried virtually everything.

Thanks Anton. Assuming it crashed with Dev and Beta, let me ask the Engineers on the team if they say it is a known issue. Please do not forget to send Feeedback from App so that they can troubleshoot as well.
Appreciate the patience.
The Team suggested that in addition to browser Reset, do a Reset of sync settings from another device you are using as it can be a root cause. Please do backup of the favorites before.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/edg...
Stop synchronization on devices except for the device you are performing the reset on.
In Microsoft Edge, select Settings > Profiles > Turn off sync.
After you stop synchronization, select Settings > Profiles > Reset sync. In the resulting dialog box, do not choose to resume sync on this device after resetting sync.
Select Reset.
If that does not resolve the same,
Please enter edge://crashes page in the address bar. Submit Feedback for the crash so that engineers can investigate further.
Hi
I attempted as per your instructions and Edge on my phone still crashes. I have Edge installed on one other device (laptop) and on that device the gmail account is removed completely. I am unable to submit a crash report under the gmail account on my phone as using this profile Edge crashes immediately.
Can you advise as to how to report crashes in this situation.
