Why am I being charged for MSN Premium when it really no longer works. The mail feature on MSN was far better than Outlook!

I am still being charged for MSN Premium when it really serves no purpose. Forced to use Outlook and the mail feature is awful. Switching over to Gmail.

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

    Regarding your question, if you no longer have an MSN Premium subscription.

    You can turn off the auto-renewal feature in the Microsoft Account Subscriptions screen.

    If you have had a chargeback recently, you can contact Live Chat Support for assistance with a refund.
