Which software are you using? Please try using the Record APP to test if the issue occurs there to ensure that your microphone is working properly. If it works normally but you still have this issue, please right-click on the speaker icon at the bottom right corner and open the volume mixer to ensure that the microphone being used by your audio calling software is the one you are currently using. Also, check within the application to verify and ensure that the microphone and audio volume are set correctly.
