Hi

I'm currently trying to export a .pst from Content search in the MS admin portal in Edge on a Mac. I'm only getting a prompt to "Search App Store" and "Choose Application". Anyone know if this is supposed to work or if it needs to be a Windows OS?

Mac: Air 2020 M1

MacOS: Sonoma 14.6.1

Edge for Mac: 128.0.2739.54

Best, Alexander

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help !

The Unified Export Tool is a ClickOnce application, which is a technology that allows a user to launch a program only by clicking on a link in a web page.

Unfortunately, this technology is only available on Windows. You cannot launch the .application file on a Mac.

    Sorry for the inconvenience…

Feel free to ask if you have any other question !
