Also, you can try changing the Promotional Communications settings in your Microsoft account.
- Please login to your Microsoft account by typing https://account.microsoft.com into your browser.
- Once you have logged in, click on the "Privacy" option at the top.
- Under "More Privacy Settings" click on "Promotional Communications".
- After that you can uncheck any options regarding promotions.
However, even after changing the settings you may still receive emails then I would suggest you contact Chat Support from the following link since the issue is account related and they can better assist you on this. (You might need to sign in to your Microsoft Account)
