Copilot has completely stopped functioning. Since updating to last version of Copilot.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but it still remains unresponsive. This is incredibly frustrating as Copilot was a valuable tool for my workflow.

I hope this issue is addressed promptly in a future update.

I’m running iOS 18.3.2 and have the same problem but not only on my iPad but my laptop also. My loss of Copilot seems linked to the renewal of my M365 subscription on 22 March. The solution from MS Community was to ensure that ‘Enable Copilot’ box was ticked (File-Options-Copilot only accessible on my laptop) - it was.

As with Amr L Barky the colourful Copilot icon has disappeared from the top of the screen in Word and no longer appears in the LH margin as I type.

    Very annoying.

Just a thought; maybe the AI behind Copilot has taken a leave of absence?

Good day, thanks for your question. As you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, you can also double check if there is an update on the iPad OS, and you can also double check if the app permission has changed by searching Copilot in settings and check it from there. You can also send a feedback with regards to this via the app itself by tapping the profile icon and then tap give feeeback or you can also cascade it via the Apple App Store by leaving a review as the dev team also checks feedbacks from there and hopefully this can be patched the soonest.

    Regards,

    Paul R.
