I have been hacked I need help

I have been hacked I have lost access to Facebook and instagram and someone is currently posting things on my instagram and my Facebook account has been locked I don’t know who I can contact they have changed my email

Facebook and Instagram are social media platforms operated by Meta. Microsoft doesn't have direct management or control over these platforms, so they can't handle issues with these accounts directly. Account security and privacy issues need to be addressed through official channels to ensure the safety and privacy of user data. Only the official teams at Facebook and Instagram can securely access and modify account information.

    Please visit the help centers for Facebook and Instagram, search for "account hacked" or "account compromised," and follow the instructions to submit a report.

    I have tried this and sent id verification and had no luck they are still using my instagram

    Whether Meta can fix this issue depends on their process, but either way, this isn't something Microsoft can handle. Microsoft can't directly intervene in account issues on these platforms. I suggest you keep trying to contact Meta, explain your situation in detail, and provide all the necessary proof. Hopefully, they'll help you regain control of your account soon.
