2. Sign in to your Microsoft account in the upper right corner.
3. Enter the keywords of your question in the search box and click “Get Help”.
4. Click Contact Support at the bottom
5. Select the product and issue category you need help with and click “Confirm”.
If you need to chat online, you can select “Chat with a support specialist in your web browser”. If you need telephone support, you can select “Provide your phone number and a support specialist will call you”.
