Understanding your problem you are now unable to log on to your computer

If you want to contact support

You can reach a human service more quickly by chatting or scheduling a call back and they will be better able to help you.

    1. Click on the link - **** [**Contact - Microsoft Support**](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SMC-HOME "support.microsoft.com")

    4. Click Contact Support at the bottom

    5. Select the product and issue category you need help with and click “Confirm”.

If you need to chat online, you can select “Chat with a support specialist in your web browser”. If you need telephone support, you can select “Provide your phone number and a support specialist will call you”.

Contact me if you need anything else.
