First, clear Cache and Cookies
Go to Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
Select All time for the time range, check Browsing history and Cached images and files, and then click Clear now.
2.Go to Settings and more > Extensions.
Disable all extensions and then re-enable them one by one to identify if any specific extension is causing the issue.
3.Disable Hardware Acceleration
Open Settings and more > Settings > System and performance.
Toggle off Use hardware acceleration when available.
4.Repair Microsoft Edge
Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
Find Microsoft Edge in the list, select it, and then click Modify > Repair.
- You can run System File Checker, which will scan your system for missing, corrupt or damaged files and attempt to fix them.
Step to run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) (DISM)
Note: Respect the spaces or simply copy / paste the commands.
- Click on windows start button, type CMD
- Right click on " prompt command " and " run as admin "
- Now type this commands
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
- Press Enter.
- Then, this command and Enter.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- Then make the following commands.
sfc /scannow
When the scan is finished, check if there are any errors detected.
Restart the computer and check if it is now fixed.
