How do I redeem my cash back rewards?

I've tried and tried but I can neither cash out for PayPal nor an Amazon gift card.

    Good day, thanks for your question. I am glad to assist you today. Please refer to the below for the other things that you can check. Kindly take note as well that cashback has already been discontinued but there were reports that users that still has a balance is still being allowed transfer.

    Ensure that you are not using or connecting to VPN or proxy.

    Logout and login to your account.

    Check and try the dashboard on a browser if you are using the Bing app or vice versa.

    Check and try on a different browser as well.

    Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.

    In the event that you will still encounter an issue after checking the above, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.

    With regards to the Amazon gift card, if a certain reward is not available, it means that the code for it has became out of stock and therefore there is no exact timeframe on when it will be replenished as this is not usually announced but the rewards team will be doing it’s best for it to be back the soonest on whichever amount will be available.

    High Demand

    • As these type of rewards requires a relatively low number of points, it is one of the most redeemed rewards which is causing for it to go out of stock so quickly.

    Limited Inventory

    • Due to a limited number of these type of rewards being released. Once the quota is reached for a certain period, then the reward goes out of stock until it is replenished or has become available again.

    Regional Availability

    • The availability of these type of rewards might also vary by region. There are certain regions that has a higher demand or has limited availability, which can also result in the out of stock prompt during redemption.

    I have been trying for months to cash out. I have emailed back and forth with Microsoft and been told they are checking into the issue and will let me know when it has been resolved. That email was over a month ago and I have not heard anything since then, so I emailed again and have yet to get a reply. I have tried cashing out to Paypal and it just says sending code, but never sends a code and does not stop spinning. I have tried to cash out for an amazon gift card and that tells me it ran into an error. This is extremely frustrating not getting any help with this matter or resolution.
