From my understanding, you are facing issue regarding accessing a website. Here are some workarounds you may consider.
- Try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser. It might be possible that the cache is creating the conflicts. I would suggest you clear the cache and cookies. It might resolve your issue.
- Try with a different browser. If clearing the cache does not work, you may check with a different browser. So that, if the browser is creating the issue. It will resolve automatically.
- Check if your firewall is blocking of not. First open the Windows defender firewall by going in control panel> system & security> windows defender firewall. Click Advanced settings and in outbound rules check for any rules blocking your browser or the website domain.
