Active Directory Federation Services configuration timeout error

Hello,

I have problem to configure ADFS and I cannot find solution. Win server 2016.

Here is screenshot:

I have tried to reinstall service, played with certificates and accounts, always same result.

Here is error from event log:

    I am Dave, I will help you with this, can I presume you are using a Server version of Windows?
