Microsoft 365 Copilot app won't load--throws error
I recently bought an M365 Family subscription and installed all the Office apps on my new ThinkPad laptop. Although I can access M365 Copilot via the web, the Copilot app won't load. When I sign it, it gives me the same error message every time (see attached). I've tried resetting the app and uninstalling and reinstalling it, but I keep getting the same error. I checked for updates, and there are no new updates to install. I've tried everything I could find online in forums to try to fix the issue but haven't had any luck resolving it.
The error message doesn't tell me anything helpful, of course. Perhaps someone from Support can decipher it. Is it an issue with my account? Any suggestions? TIA
