The Q&A regarding "How to get rid of this Accessibility/Beep Guide popup at log in?" has been retired and removed from the MS Community. However, with many people transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11, it is still an issue. I have spent considerable time searching for a solution and have found nothing. And yet there it is EVERY TIME I sit down to my PC and have to log in. I'm waiting patiently for it to disappear so that I can enter my password.

This issue turned out to be a setting on my LG monitor. The "joy stick" on the back of the monitor allowed me to access a menu where I could change the settings.
