I just bought a surface pro-11 to access citrix workspace for work purposes.
I am not able to launch citrix and the 'app protection' error kept popping up.
please help on how to resolve this issue. i saw others have asked the same question but there seemed to be no solution to fix it.
please confirm.

Can you provide a screenshot of what the error is? You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Citrix Workspace app.
For Citrix Workspace app issues, the best solution is to contact Citrix Workspace support. The Citrix Workspace team knows this software better than we do.

i tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same error appeared. it mentioned App protection app required. When I click Yes to Install, there is no further action/progress on the installation. Screenshots attached.
Yes, there are many reports of this incompatibility with ARM processors like https://community.citrix.com/forums/topic/253546-citrix-secure-access-capability-with-arm64/ - this is something that the vendor (Citrix) must address. Citrix states on https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace-app/app-protection/system-requirements-and-compatibility-matrix
I'm sorry we can't provide a workaround for this one or a solution.
