No campaign delivers

I recently started running ads via my Microsoft Ads account again. The campaigns went very well at first - the daily budget was quickly increased to over € 3,000. Previously, the account had been inactive for a long period of time.

Since June 29, however, no more campaigns have been delivered. There is sufficient credit in the account. The only message that appears is: “Performance limited by budget” - however, not a single impression has been generated.

Several attempts to solve the problem via customer support have so far been unsuccessful. They simply said that the account was OK and that I should increase the budget further. At the same time, I was told that the delivery had been stopped because the campaign budget had been adjusted (increased) too often. This seems contradictory to me, especially as individual campaigns with a daily budget of €300-500 also show no delivery at all.

According to support, the account should not have any problems, flags or similar.

Support said I should simply wait until the system has recalculated the campaigns and delivered them again. This has not happened yet. I have now terminated and deleted all campaigns. Even newly created campaigns are not being delivered.

Hence my questions: What can I do so that the campaigns are delivered again?
