I can't send or receive email from my @hotmail.com account.
I can't send or receive mail from the outlook application on my phone. Not even from my laptop. If I log in to outlook online on my browser, I can't send or receive mail.

According to your concern, you are unable to send or receive emails. I would like to recommend a few troubleshooting steps to take to resolve this issue:
- You can check for the sending limits in the Outlook.com via following the steps in the mentioned link: Sending limits in the Outlook.com
- If your Microsoft Outlook email store is full, you won't be able to send or receive emails. Messages sent when the storage space was full are returned to the sender and can't be recovered. Check the storage space in your inbox to see what's taking up space. Mailbox storage limits in Outlook
