Regarding to your concern, Microsoft has intentionally integrated Copilot prompts into Outlook Mobile as part of its broader AI strategy. While this helps unify the experience across devices, it unfortunately adds friction for users who simply want to preview documents. At this time, there’s no way to disable the banner on mobile, but feedback is being collected and a new setting to hide Copilot entry points is rolling out gradually. For now, using OWA or desktop Outlook may offer a cleaner experience.
At present, we have no other better methods to provide you with to fix this problem. I suggest that you may need to submit your problem in the Ideas · Community. While our community team can’t directly implement feature changes, your feedback is invaluable—and here’s how you can ensure it reaches the right team:
