How to export passwords from Edge/ Authenticator?

I am no longer able to access passwords on Microsoft Edge or Authenticator (PC or iPhone). I do not see an option to export passwords from Edge or Authenticator. Wallet has been hanging on "importing." Suggestions?

    Can you try this steps?

    • Verifying Synchronization Settings for Microsoft Accounts
    • Go to Settings> Accounts> Sync your settings.
    • Check whether all items are turned on; by default, Passwords should be among the items turned on.
    • Next, head to Edge > Settings > Profiles > Sync, checking if items synced properly.
    • Log Out and Log In again
    • Go to Edge Settings > Profiles, log out, and continue to log back in.
    • This is likely to refresh the password sync.
    • Reset Sync Microsoft account.
    • Visit: https://account.microsoft.com/devices
    • Remove an old / or duplicate devices.
    • Then visit : https://edge.microsoft.com/sync
    • Click Reset Sync (Warning: this clears data stored in cloud, not local data).
