Please kindly try these following steps:

Teams Channel Email Addresses Are Auto-Generated

Microsoft Teams generates channel email addresses automatically.

These addresses are tied to the underlying Microsoft 365 Group and domain (onmicrosoft.com) and cannot be customized directly to use a vanity name or your custom domain like @contoso.com.

Workarounds You Can Consider

Create a Mail Flow Rule or Alias (Exchange Admin Center)
- You can set up a mail flow rule or distribution group in Exchange Online that forwards emails from yourchannel@contoso.com to the Teams channel email.
- This gives the appearance of a custom email address while still routing messages to the channel.
Use a Shared Mailbox or Distribution List
- Create a shared mailbox or distribution list with your desired email (yourchannel@contoso.com) and configure it to forward to the Teams channel email.
