If the purchase is visible, ensure you're signed in with the same account on the Microsoft Store.
- Open the Microsoft Store, select your account, and verify if you've used the correct one.
If you've used the right account and the purchase appears in your Microsoft account online, sign out and then sign back in with your account on the Microsoft Store. See if you can install the HEVC extensions.
