User's name comes out incorrectly when tagged by another user on TEAMS

Hello forum,

I have a user whose name displays incorrectly while being tagged, all her settings look correct in Office 365, but I can figure out what the problem may be.

Here's a screenshot of what I am talking about, the   is not supposed to be there.

    Hi I am working at IT div in Japan. Many of our inhouse users are facing the same issue. It seems when the user account doesn't have initial info, those accounts display "&nbsp " between last name and first name.
