How to stop New Teams from popping up.

Whenever I receive a new message on new Teams, the app pops up on my screen. That's pretty annoying, and it should be a CLEAR option to disable that.
The thing is, I have changed everything and I can't stop it. Can somebody please help?

Thank you!!
