Creating a LMS within Teams

I already use MS Teams for my high school classes. However, I would like to create a course for high school Physics on Teams such that the course tracks progress of students based on completion and opens up the assignments upon a previous task/assignment being completed. At the moment, Classwork does not have this feature. I have seen something similar on LMS365 training modules. How/Where do I access resources to learn how to create such a learning management system?
