Let's try one of these steps:
- Check for updates of your Operating System and Team app.
- To isolate the problem, please check Teams website and see if the same issue happens there.
- Reinstall Razer website straight from their website to make sure we won't miss any updates.
- Check your app permissions
a. Open Settings
b. Under Privacy, select the item about output audio.
c. Make sure the setting for this component access for this device is turned On
If the setting is already turned on, turn the setting off then back on again
d. Close all apps and restart your device
