    Unfortunately, I don't see that model and brand on the certified audio device in Teams, here is the reference link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

    if the device is not certified, User experience is not guaranteed, it might cause incompatibility with the manufacturer.

    Thank you for your response, yes it may work for Teams as well, however, since it is not yet a certified device, compatibility on all features are not guaranteed.
