How can I tag people in Teams documents (Word, excel) if they were invited as a guest?

I was invited as a guest to a company Teams group, thus my email address is not the same domain as everyone else. Is there a way for me to receive email notifications when comments are inputted into a word document?
I would like to receive email notifications when they attempt to tag me.
Is this possible?
