Cannot change username
Hi,
A company I work for has decided to use Teams for its internal communications and I'm faced with the problem that my user name is only the word Info - the start of my email address. I have no access to change it and when I try to use the Manage facility, I cannot log in and get the attached error message. I did previously have a Teams account for a different company for which I no longer work, but that was a different email account.
Could anyone suggest a solution? The company I work for is stumped.
