Teams link to a specific Excel Cell

I have data in an excel file stored in a Teams, Files location. I want to make a post in the Teams channel about a specific line or cell to draw attention to it, I want the post to display the cell, or part of, and a hyperlink which will open the excel sheet on the specific cell or line (preferably 'Open in App').

This provides a more focussed post for colleagues to be made aware of the specific information, and navigate directly to it to find out more.

(I know I could make a post with some copied info or even an image of the cell, with a hyperlink in the post to take colleagues to the file as a basic solution; but it's more effort all round, more prone to manual mistakes, and it requires more of colleagues to navigate to the target and hence reduces the likelihood that the information will be looked at).
