How can I recover my school team's account without my admin permission? It has been 2 years since the account has been deleted. The Microsoft Teams account was started for online class in the pandemic period. Now, it has been 2 years since the account was deleted by the school administration. I can't contact them now. I need to know if there are any other possible ways to get my school account without admin permission.

    Hello BM_013,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are well.

Sorry for the inconvenience. However, as a user, you cannot recover an account that has been deleted by the account administrator. This is simply impossible.

If you need a Teams account, you can simply sign up for your own subscription: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-teams/compare-microsoft-teams-business-options

Please let me know if you need more assistance.

    Hello BM_013,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. My name is Eunice and I am happy to assist you today.

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue.

How do you expect to access a student account that has been deleted by the administrator two years ago?

To clarify, you can never access a user account that has been deleted by the administrator even if the account was deleted today because your login (access) no longer exist.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Kind regards Eunice,

Microsoft does not control individual organization users; rather, each organization oversees its own user management. Organizations are invoiced by Microsoft, and they are responsible for paying for and managing each user's license. If Microsoft were to override an organization's administrative controls to grant access to a previously deleted account, it would constitute a breach of customer privacy and be deemed a data breach. In the context of organization accounts, Microsoft's customer is, in this case, your school. The way your school handles user management—whether that involves adding, deleting, or recovering accounts—is not something Microsoft can intervene in. Your previous chats and activities were conducted under your organization's account, making them effectively the property of your school. Therefore, only your school has the authority to provide access to such information, based on its own data privacy regulations and retention policies. Microsoft cannot intervene in these matters.
