Can't download & install desktop apps (Teams, Excel, Word) on my MacBook Pro
Hi,
Apple support told me I need to contact the developers of the apps since my Mac is already running the latest software version it can support due to system requirements. MacBook Pro is telling me my OS is up-to-date, showing Monterey 12.7.6, however, I'm getting the error ""macOS version 13 or later is required". Has anyone solved this?
Apple support gave me this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/102435 and said to follow the step to contact developer, but the problem is the steps don't take you to a place to contact a developer and the best I found is reaching out to the Microsoft community, which doesn't make sense to me but any help is appreciated.
