Microsoft Enterprise 365 Outlook - How to create and send a vcard? There is no file button, there is no attach item? HELP!

After I have created a contact there is no way to create a vcard and send?

I only have Home, View and Help tabs.

and in the people section after creating a contact there is no way to attach an item?
