Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing on behalf of a friend to request assistance in recovering their potentially compromised Hotmail account. The account in question is: Dom************@hotmail.com**.

My friend has made multiple attempts to regain access to the account using the recovery form provided by Microsoft, but unfortunately, all attempts have been unsuccessful. The primary issue is that the recovery email address (g**********@vipmail.hu**) no longer exists, as the service provider deleted it years ago.

The account has been in exclusive use by Anita for approximately 15 years and is an essential part of her daily activities. Below are additional details to help verify ownership and assist in the recovery process:

  • The account was only accessed on a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G smartphone and one computer.
  • Smartphone IMEI: 35285*********7932, Serial Number: SM-G991B/DS.
  • Mobile service provider: One Magyarország Zrt. (formerly Vodafone Magyarország Zrt.).
  • Mobile network identifier: 21670.
  • Associated phone number: +36 7********67.
  • Anita used the account via the Outlook client app on her Samsung Galaxy device, where she was continuously signed in. Emails were sent from this device.
  • Outlook client version: 4.2447.2.

The account contains vital emails, including but not limited to:

  • School-related notifications for her children (e.g., lunch payments, e-kréta notifications).
  • Information about her children’s sports competitions and medical checkups.
  • Work-related emails and day-to-day activities.
  • The most recently used password for the account was: luckybastard.
  • Anita filled out the Microsoft recovery form, providing all known information (e.g., previous passwords and associated data), but the recovery request was denied due to insufficient information.
  • Emails were recently sent from this account to the following addresses:
    • rg***********@gmail.com** (Subject: "névsor")
    • apr*************@gmail.com** (Subject: "sportorvosi vizsgálat")
    • min*************@gmail.com**

To facilitate the recovery process, we kindly request that the recovery email address be updated to either de********@gmail.com** or ba*******@gmail.com**, and that recovery instructions be sent to one of these addresses.

Emails have been sent from den*********a****@gmail.com** to Dom*********ni****@hotmail.com** on the following dates:

  • 2024-04-18 12:31 (Subject: "Fwd: Automatic notification: Vignette Sale Notification")
  • 2024-06-07 09:54 (Subject: "Fwd: Automatic notification: Vignette Sale Notification")
  • 2024-10-04 10:57 (Subject: "Fwd: Obvestilo o nakupu e-vinjete / E-vignette purchase confirmation")
  • 2024-01-06 17:17 (Subject: "Hívj fel az edzés miatt")

The account is of utmost importance to Anita, as it contains all her data, her entire life’s correspondence, and all website registrations are tied to this account. Losing access to it would be catastrophic. We are more than willing to provide any additional information needed to verify ownership.

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you very much for your time and support!

Best regards,

Dé********ián

    Dear Adrián Dénes

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community

Based on your description, I understand that you want to figure out why your colleague's Microsoft account is blocked and try to unblock this account, so please point out if my understanding is wrong.

I would suggest you to try to find a Microsoft online support person by logging into another Microsoft account. What is the specific reason for asking about a blocked Microsoft account?

You can find them by clicking on this link and following the directions below https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

    1. First enter your question into the search(input“MSA”), then click "Sign in to contact support" at the bottom of the page.
    2. Currently logged in to another valid personal Micorsoft account .
    3. Under "Product and Server", select " Microsoft 365 and Office ".
    4. Under Categories, select manage account security, and then click Confirm.
    5. Click Chat with Support Agent in Web Browser.,

I'm sorry, but Microsoft Community users do not have access to your account information, so please understand that I am unable to provide you with immediate and effective assistance with your account recovery.

I wish you all the best
