Hacker has my information

Today I found a drafted email that I did not write. This email contained proof that someone has my password. They are blackmailing me to give them money on bitcoin or they will leak pictures/etc.

They have spent $130 so far on an account linked to my email, as well as changed the email to my Instagram and discord so that I have no access to them. They have even used my email to pretend to be me to change emails on accounts by saying they have been hacked.

I have put a hold on my bank account and changed any passwords I possibly can even if they aren't directly related to the email.

This is all on my Phone.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have any questions related to this?

Changing passwords for your accounts is indeed the first thing you should do. Also make sure you don't reuse any passwords, especially when the login name is the same (often your email address).

Also check whether your services offer Multi Factor Authentication so that it never is enough just to have the password and username.

Within the article, click on the "Click or tap to see steps you can take" dropdown link and take extra not of the 3 links within Step 3.
