Logging problem to outlook emaail

Dear [Support Team],

I am experiencing issues logging into my Outlook email account. I have two-way authentication enabled, and when I attempt to log in, I receive the 6-digit verification code. However, after entering my phone number, I get an error message stating:

"You have requested too many codes today. Try again tomorrow."

This happens even on the first attempt and after waiting several days.

I have also filled out the account recovery questionnaire with detailed information about my emails, but it does not work when two-way authentication is enabled. Additionally, I do not have the 25-digit account recovery code, and logging in via GitHub does not work either.

Could you please assist me in regaining access to my account?

Br,

Niko

    Dear NikoNN

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

The problem of being reminded of too many requests when logging into your account may be caused by an anomaly in your current network environment when connecting to the Microsoft server, you can try the following:

1 Enable a VPN or proxy and migrate from your current network environment to another country or region. Or, if you have enabled a VPN or proxy, you will need to disable the VPN or proxy and change your current network environment to your home environment.

2 Restart your home router. This is because restarting the router will reset the network.

3 Log in with a different browser

4 Log in using your browser's privacy mode

5 Open the hotspot with your mobile phone. Mobile Hotspot Shared login with computer

6 Reset the device's network settings

Press Win + S to search the panel, type CMD to search for "Command Prompt", right-click to open as administrator, carefully copy and paste the following 3 commands:

    Reset IP netsh int

    Winsock Netsh Reset

    ipconfig /flushdns

The above commands are used to reset the network connection protocol and restart the computer.
