    Dear Mark Vieira,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

According to your description, your email account has a daily limit. Don't worry, I will describe the situation to you in detail and give you my suggestions. I hope my suggestions can help you.

The first thing I want to explain to you is that for newly created Microsoft email account, the low send quota is a temporary limit, and once you have established credibility in the system, the limit will be upgraded to the maximum limit, which is Microsoft to prevent abuse by spammers, Outlook.com limits the number of emails you can send in a day. As well as the number of recipients of a single email, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Also, you can try my suggestions below to increase your sending limits. For more information, you can refer to Sending limits in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support
