To better understand and investigate your issue, I may need more detailed information so that I can narrow down the issue in the right way:
- Are you using the Microsoft365 business account (******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/******@yourdomain.com)/educational account(******@xxx.edu) or the personal account (which ends with outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/msn.com)?
Since different types of accounts are supported by different support teams on the forum, after getting the detailed information, I will provide more information accordingly.
- Did the problem happen only in the Outlook for iOS client or also in the client, for example, in the web version of mailbox?
- Have you received any error messages? Please share a screenshot. (Please mask private information.)
