- What version of Outlook are you using on your Mac?
- Is this a work/school email (Exchange or Microsoft 365), or a personal email (like Gmail, Outlook.com, etc.)?
- Are you receiving any specific error message or code when trying to create a group on the desktop app? If yes, can you share the full error message or screenshot (if permitted)?
- Can you access and manage other groups within the Outlook desktop app?
- Have you ever been able to create a group before, or is this the first time?
- If you're part of an organization, has IT recently made changes to group creation policies? is group creation restricted by your organization?
