    Dear user,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I understand that you are unable to receive emails in Outlook and that this is causing you problems, I understand how you feel.

In order to better understand the situation of your problem, I need you to share some details of your problem with us:

    1. What is the domain name of your email account?

    2. What protocol is configured for your mailbox? (POP, IMAP and Exchange)

    3. What version of Outlook are you using (Classic Outlook, New Outlook)?

    4. Can your sender send you emails successfully, or will there be bounced emails?

Can you provide a screenshot of the reported error messageso we can better understand the problem.

You canvisit the corresponding webmail of your mailbox service provider first tocheck whether you can receive emails normally in webmail.
