Currently I purchased Microsoft 365, and now have access to groups in Outlook on my windows 11 pro. But i noticed there are no way to delete them after you make them! So far, I have followed a guide on this exact site that gives you the steps from Microsoft website. Link provided Microsoft Guide to delete Groups in Outlook

But I followed the steps and couldn't find them within Outlook online or using the App on the computer. If anyone has any other suggestions that would be great.

    Hello  Sir Abraham

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I understand that you have encountered the problem of deleting a group.

The link you queried clearly states that this article is applicable to administrators of company or enterprise accounts.

For this reason, I would like to confirm what URL you use when logging in to Outlook Online? outlook.office.com ? outlook.com ?

Are you the owner of the current group?

For ordinary Microsoft personal accounts, such as @outlook.com /@hotmail.com accounts, you need to check whether you are the owner of the current group. Only the owner can edit and delete the group. If you are only a member of the group, you can click Leave Group to make the group no longer appear under your account.

I hope this information has been helpful to you. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help.

    Sincere greetings

I am totally sorry I didn't see that part to be honest my mistake and sorry for the late reply. When I first got Microsoft 365 Individual, I went to check my email and then got sidetracked with the new emblem that I had access to which was Groups so i clicked on it. I read the first thing that came up. Which to be honest I thought it was for like families or friends. I didn't think it was for school/work/businesses so that's my bad. I am the one who created it and bought Microsoft 365 Individual but when I just tried again to follow those steps you shared in the picture, I only have the option to Edit Group or leave group i can't delete it? I am the only member in it but I just can't figure out what to do I will share a picture below. I hope you to hear from you soon thanks again!
