Try to uninstall and reinstall the Outlook application and the steps below on how to switch from classic to new outlook
Switch to Classic Outlook
- Open Outlook on your Mac.
- Click on Help in the top menu bar.
- Select Revert to Legacy Outlook (or a similar option).
- Outlook will restart in the Classic version.
Switch to New Outlook
- Open Outlook on your Mac.
- Look for the New Outlook toggle switch at the top right corner.
- Turn it ON to switch to the new version.
- Outlook will restart in the New Outlook interface
