I went into my outlook app and I got notified this when I tried to email you:

"This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Contact the organization's email admin for help and give them this error message”

I wanted to know If you knew how I can fix this problem.

    Hello Victoria Zito,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community. We're happy to support you with your concern.

    • Have you double check if you're using a personal email or a college/university email when sending the email?
    • Can you log in to your email account and send an email successfully via the web version of Outlook?
    • Are you able to send emails to anyone else, or does every recipient bounce back?
    • Have you tried sending emails from other devices? Is this error happening on just one device, or all?

We need to collect this information to narrow down the situation and provide the most accurate solution to your problem.

We appreciate your time and look forward to resolving this for you.

    Best Regards,
