InternalServerError when Setting Mailbox properties

I have a powershell script to setting Mailbox:
Notes
MailTip
Add-DistributionGroupMember
SeniorityIndex
....etc

But I'm facing a error which is when I run the script it's shows:

Then I check all the Mailbox properties, the all settings is correct looks no problem.

What kind of error could be possible?
Is there any solutions?
