First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to your work. To troubleshoot the issue, you are facing, effectively kindly provide the following information:
- Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account(******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/******@domain.com)? Or using a personal account type such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, and so on? Or using another third-party POP/IMAP account?
- Can you share the details of the error message you are getting about your account being locked?
If you are using a Microsoft 365 business account reach out to your admin reset your authentication in Microsoft Entra admin center and you can add a new authentication method or readd your account.
Admin can do it by following the Manage user authentication options. (if you are not sure who is your admin, can refer to this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).
If your account is a Microsoft personal account (outlook.com/live.com/Hotmail.com), please reply to us, so we can involve the personal account team for further assistance.
