Microsoft support is non-existent... No Support, Faulty Verification, Time Waste

We use GoDaddy Email for our solo practice. Imagine my luck coming into work to see the message:

"ACTION REQUIRED: Security defaults are enabled to keep your organization secure. Follow the prompts to set up a multifactor authentication method to protect your account."

Great. Download the app? Nope, set up a different method > Phone > Entered my phone number > Please show us you are not a robot > Entered the random garbled code > Returned "We're sorry, we ran into a problem. Please select "Next" to try again > ("Next" is in a perpetual loading state > I Redo the code (Maybe I entered it wrong?) > Entered the random garbled code > Returned "We're sorry, we ran into a problem. Please select "Next" to try again > Nope, I definitely entered it correctly, and notice how its not saying "phrase entered incorrectly", no its just "We're sorry, we ran into a problem"

I tried entering and re-entering this code with all caps, with caps corresponding, with low caps, there's no Rhyme or Reason to the failures, it's just "We're sorry, we ran into a problem", you don't know if you entered it incorrectly, and I entered it so many times, that I am hard-pressed to say it is incorrect for any other reason than it's meant to lead you into a dead loop.

Dead loop, so there's nothing I can do. Logically, I call Microsoft support. I'm met with a pretentious AI voice asking "What can I help you with today?", I keep saying "I cannot log into my email, speak to an agent", the AI does not understand what I am trying to say and tries to funnel ME back into typing "aka.ms.365" and no matter how many times I ask "Speak to an agent", it just turns me away (Fantastic support). (Side note: customers LOVE to ask "Speak to an agent" and be met with the response "I couldn't quite hear what you said, can you repeat it?")

I then go the link "aka.ms.365" or whichever link it is, and guess what! I try logging in > I'm met the message "Action Required".

I am in a dead loop, Microsoft Phone Verification for GoDaddy email does not exist. Microsoft SUPPORT does not exist.

The Phone Verification is set up to fail on purpose so that regular people will get tired of trying to use a system that keeps returning nonsensical error messages (What am I supposed to do with the correlation code: Correlation ID:92ef0dd7-9baa-4698-a5e4-35560deb8300. Timestamp:2025-01-27T16:16:38Z if I cannot in contact with a support agent?) , and just settle and download the App.

I am sick and tired of Microsoft now coming to the point where they do not even give a **** any more to even bother HAVING a help line, and instead just resort to an AI voice detector which is defective, does not work.

How many times can Microsoft on purpose cause regular and standard methods to fail for no reason, so that you get sick and tired of dealing with their **** that you just let them funnel you down a certain path? There's no choice here. It is sickening.

And I do not care for the argument that maybe my wifi was not working properly (causing the errors), because I tried this phony "Phone Verification" on my main computer, my laptop, and my phone with wifi, and once again I tried all three of those devices, but instead with a Hotspot. All failures for no reason, and no support to speak of.
