Hi Dennis, The error message "The server could not temporarily deliver your message typically can occur due to various reasons, such as network issues, server misconfigurations, or email filtering policies. We need to narrow down the scope. You can check Microsoft's Block List using MX toolbox: Email Blacklist Check - IP Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted
Since you've mentioned that one of stych.com's servers was on a blacklist, it's possible that it hasn't been fully remediated on Microsoft's side. If no results returned in MXtoolbox, you may double confirm with Microsoft tech to see if the sending IP or domain in any of Microsoft blacklists. As a workaround, you may try to whitelist the Sender's DomainIn Outlook, go to Settings > View all Outlook settings.Select Mail > Junk email.Under Safe senders and domains, add sxx.com.Create safe sender lists - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft LearnIf you have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can perform a message trace to investigate why the emails are being rejected. You can also check the email status, the policies triggered, the detection technology in defender- explorer. I hope this helps.
