We have a group of outlook accounts, so I want to share contacts from one accounts to other 5 accounts and when ever one changes or adds or deleted it should be dynamically updated.
And I cant see share option in contacts. Can you provide me a step by step guide for the process.

    Dear Esco Pharmacy,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

If you are using Outlook on the web to access your account, I understand your query here, but share contact feature via outlook on the web doesn't seem feasible at the moment. If you want to share contacts with your colleague, you may need to consider using classic outlook for Windows desktop app. Also, you need to use Microsoft 365 exchange account, you can refer to Share a contacts folder with others - Microsoft Support. However, thank you for bringing this to our forum, your concern is very meaningful and reasonable. So, it is suggested to submit your valuable feedback directly to Microsoft product development team by either go to Help from your Outlook on the web > submit Feedback or by posting on Ideas · Community (microsoft.com).

This is required because as we are from community team, we can only assist you to troubleshoot the query/share work around (if we have for any by design query) and providing you required information for feature’s availability status. This community team and Microsoft product development team are separate. So for feature’s suggestion or by design query, user need to submit feedback from their side to Microsoft product team. Once user send feedback via above mentioned way, it’s sent to Microsoft directly and it's routed to the relevant product teams who can review it. Hopefully your suggestion will help many users in the future.

To check more details about how to submit feedback, kindly refer this article Learn about how to provide feedback to Microsoft - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Thank you for your precious time, valuable insight and kind understanding. For other questions, feel free to add your post in the Microsoft Community team.

Stay safe and healthy. Have a great day!

    Sincerely,
