Did you successfully install Office on your PC, using the subscription which is associated with your account? Before you begin, make sure that you uninstall any preinstalled trial versions of Office. Install your full version as discussed in the support article at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-office-2024-or-office-2021-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658.
If you have renewed an existing subscription, try signing out of your account and then sign back in, and see if that activates your Office applications.
